EHT Conveyor Belts Novbelt EHT conveyor belts are used in industries where high abrasion resistance and temperature resistance is very important, that is for the aluminum extrusion industry.
For this application we propose the Novbelt EHT series of belts. The belt for this application should resist very high temperature, as it is conveying the aluminum profiles right after the extrusion. It is also very important that the belt itself is an insulator, so that heat does not go through it very quickly. That is necessary in order to avoid black spots on the aluminum where it was cooled down too quickly. The Konus Konex Novbelt EHT series belts solve all of these problems as they are developed especially for the aluminum extrusion. We offer different belts that are suited for the cooling down of the profiles depending where the profiles are placed – where the profile is still hot - or where it already cooled down to the temperatures bellow 200 degrees centigrade.

Our Novbelt EHT K2/38 is a conveyor belt, which is produced in the truly endless form, so there is no joint in the belt. That means also no irregularities on the surface or in the tracking of the belts. We offer also another type, this is Novbelt EHT K3/19, which we are producing in the roll and is to be used in conveying.
